Looking to hire a rockstar to help with our Airbnb portfolio of around 8 properties. They will be responsible for keeping guests satisfied during their stays with us. We’re part of a fast-growing company where we encourage our tea
Job Role:
- Answering guest inquiries and questions (platfor
- Managing reservations through the channel platforms
- Handling dispute resolutions on the platforms (claims, reviews, etc.)
- Solving guest problems as they arise: coordinating repairs, hot tub maintenance, etc.
- Coordinating with vendors including cleaners, maintenance, pool service, etc.
- Ordering supplies via Instacart, Amazon, etc.
- Onboarding new owners and their properties
- Listing optimization and pricing for the properties
- Learning about all the properties on the platform and updating the property mastersheet
- Ad-hoc projects in the meantime
- Creating SOPs & templates (onboarding
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with Airbnb Customer Support OR a STR property management company
- Bonus: Experience working with Hospitable, Turno, Pricelabs, and Rankbreeze, etc.
- High Proficiency in the English Language and has world-class communication skills: in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- This position is to work 40 hours a week at this time, but need to be able to work up to 56 hours/week: work 6 days/week, rest 1 day/week (Weekdays are 9 hour days and Weekends are 10 hour days)
