We are seeking an Ads Campaign Manager to join our team and ensure our Meta advertising campaigns run smoothly and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Job Description
As the Ad Campaign Manager, you will oversee the execution of marketing strategies including, ad campaign set-up, optimization, and performance tracking of Meta ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to ensure all campaigns align with client goals and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
New Account Set Up

Audience Creation

Campaign Management:

Launch, monitor, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) to meet client objectives.
Perform daily checks to ensure campaigns are running correctly and within budget.
Optimization:

Make data-driven adjustments as directed to maximize ROI.
Test and optimize creatives, targeting, and ad placements for better engagement and conversions.
Monitor KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPM, and conversion rates.
Collaboration:

Make creative recommendations based on data to develop and refine ad assets.
Report to Account Manager to communicate campaign updates and results to clients.
Platform Expertise:

Stay updated on Meta Ads Manager features, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Implement advanced strategies, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience:

2+ years managing Meta ad campaigns with proven success.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or similar environment is a plus.
Must have experience outside of organic social management, and have worked directly within Ads Manager.

Skills:

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including ad setup, optimization, and analytics.
Strong understanding of paid social KPIs and optimization.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Soft Skills:

Excellent English communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive, results-driven mindset.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
