JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an organized, professional, and proficient individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant & Outbound Sales Caller. This hybrid role involves managing basic administrative tasks, tracking data, and performing outbound cold calls to property managers to set appointments for the owner.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:

Perform basic data entry and tracking of customer information, appointments, and service details.
Manage and organize company documents, records, and files.
Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Support the owner with various administrative tasks as needed.

Outbound Sales Calling:

Conduct outbound cold calls to property managers to introduce our window cleaning services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and set appointments for the owner.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Keep detailed records of calls and follow-ups.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
