Position: Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our operations and enhance our customer experience.

Job Summary

The Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in managing daily administrative and customer-facing tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and experienced in social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information, rental records, and payment details in our database or CRM system.

Booking Clients: Manage rental bookings via phone, email, or online platforms, ensuring availability and coordinating schedules.

Rental Agreements: Prepare, review, and send rental agreements to clients, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.

Customer Support: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about rental policies and pricing.

Social Media Engagement: Create and schedule posts on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook to promote services, share updates, and engage with followers. Respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.

Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance, tracking rental statuses, and organizing digital files.

Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, tea ---------- mbers, and third-party vendors.


Qualifications


Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role. Experience in the automotive or gig economy sector is a plus.


Skills:


Proficiency in data entry and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Ability to draft and review contracts or agreements with attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Sheets.

Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and phone for remote work.

Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks. Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality.

Availability: Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate customer inquiries and booking schedules.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience with rental car operations or customer service in a related industry.

Knowledge of basic marketing strategies for social media growth.

Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, other languages relevant to target market) are a plus.
