Shades of Elegance (SOE) — Australia’s Leading B2B Manufacturer of Premium Window Furnishings

Shades of Elegance is expanding our offshore team and we are looking for a highly experienced Admin and Project Coordinator to support our Australian operations. This role suits someone who is exceptional in communication, highly organised, and confident managing daily tasks while coordinating with our on-shore team.

If you have a strong background in project management and administration — and you take pride in delivering consistent, reliable support — we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities
• Answer inbound phone calls with professionalism and clarity
• Manage daily admin tasks including email handling, scheduling, and Excel reporting
• Liaise closely with our on-shore staff to ensure smooth coordination across departments
• Support planning, follow-ups, and documentation for operational tasks
• Manage updates and reporting for ongoing projects
• Assist in maintaining accurate records across CRM and project tools
• Uphold SOE’s high communication and service standards

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience working with CRM and project management software (any equivalent tools)
• Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written
• Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Highly reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with Australian teams and fast-paced operations
Technical & Workspace Requirements
• A fully functioning computer or laptop suitable for daily admin work
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• A quiet, noise-free workspace to handle calls and meetings professionally
• Willingness and ability to travel once a month for in-person work sessions with the PH team

Why Join SOE?
• Work with a fast-growing Australian company with more than 11 years in the industry
• Supportive, collaborative, and respectful team culture
• Long-term role with stability and growth opportunities
• A business that values precision, communication, and excellence

Work Schedule
• Full-time role aligned with Melbourne business hours

If this sounds like the right fit for you, please send your CV along with a short video introduction highlighting your experience.
