Administrative Tasks
- Organize and maintain marketing files and documents
- Update databases and spreadsheets (ie. Event name list, leads collected from marketing campaigns etc)
- Prepare presentations and reports for weekly marketing discussions

- Assist with social media management: creating and scheduling posts (Social Planner), monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages

- Monitor, track and report the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite etc)
- Design of annual corporate gifts, name cards, brochure printing as and when needed
- Willing to learn and able to pick up online courses to improve on digital marketing skills as and when needed
- Updating collaterals, team bio etc as and when needed using Canva
- Conduct cold calls and initiate contact with potential leads to invite them to events or introduce new solutions.
- Manage and update website on new product/ services as and when needed
