Responsibilities:
Manage
Coordinate and manage appointments, including scheduling, sending calendar invitations, and providing reminders to maintain an organized calendar.
Handle client communication by sending welcome
client database with contact information.
Establish and oversee organized client material folders while ensuring the accessibility of essential documents and resources.
Analyze each process for potential improvements or streamlining opportunities, followed by the creation of clear, concise, and easy-to-follow Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each documented process.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current workflows to identify bottlenecks or redundancies in processes.
Schedule periodic reviews of SOPs and processes to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
Execute
Gather feedback, compile comprehensive reports, leverage insights for service and marketing improvements, and conduct in-depth industry and
competitor research to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
Oversee the end-to-end production of marketing materials, including crafting graphics and creating compelling newsletters, articles, and persuasive
marketing copy, while managing scheduling, layout, and publication.
Leverage creativity and writing skills to provide overall marketing support, focusing on social media channels, by repurposing content for engaging and
impactful posts that align with the brand's identity and objectives, enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and attracting a wider audience with
compelling and relevant content.
Conduct keyword and hashtag research to optimize content visibility and implement SEO best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in both administrative support and marketing, supporting a Side Hustle & Business Coach.
Proficiency in utilizing various social media,
Demonstrated expertise in Wix for website management, along with a track record of successfully developing SOPs and enhancing operational processes.
Demonstrates a creative mindset with the ability to generate and repurpose content innovatively.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective messaging and audience engagement.
Knowledgeable in implementing SEO best practices, including the use of relevant keywords and effective hashtags to enhance discoverability and
audience engagement.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling effective handling of multiple tasks.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
Exhibits a keen attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Meticulously detail-oriented, committed to accuracy and compliance, and adept at efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrates a genuine passion for the field and possesses a self-driven attitude, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
