Hi, we are looking for an Admin Assistant / Customer Support for our Staging company (we furnish houses before they go on sale, to make them look more attractive for potential buyers).
Key Responsibilities:
• Phone follow ups with customers
•
• Applying necessary permits for the customer e.g. parking permit, HOA approval for moving in/out furniture, etc.
• Scheduling installation / removal dates for customers
• Coordinating daily time line with the team
Skills:
• Experience in administrative and customer support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to tone and detail.
• Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
