Join Our Team as an AdWords Specialist!

Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a proven track record in AdWords campaign management? Do you have granular experience working with small businesses and at least two years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns for SMBs? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for a part-time AdWords Specialist who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of small business digital advertising. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in AdWords strategies, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization and can manage multiple campaigns efficiently while driving measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, manage, and optimize AdWords campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, and other PPC platforms tailored for small businesses.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify cost-effective opportunities.
- Write compelling ad copy and create high-converting ad creatives aligned with brand messaging.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and optimize targeting to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to measure ROI.
- Analyze data-driven insights and make strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize ad spend and budget allocation to maximize results while maintaining efficiency.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and actionable improvements.
- Stay updated with AdWords trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and high performance.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Granular experience working with small businesses and an in-depth understanding of SMB advertising strategies.
- At least 2 years of hands-on AdWords experience managing paid search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to drive lead generation and conversion optimization for small business clients.
- Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and PPC automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple small business accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to explain campaign insights and performance results.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Certifications in AdWords, Paid Search, or PPC strategy.
- Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with call tracking, lead scoring, and CRM integration for small businesses.
