Active Campaign Manager

I am seeking a skilled email marketing specialist to organize and segment my email list of approximately 3,000 contacts. The goal is to ensure subscribers receive only the content that aligns with their interests.

I create 3-4 distinct types of content and need an efficient, user-friendly system to categorize and segment my audience based on their preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Assess my current email list and structure within ActiveCampaign.
- Create and implement a segmentation strategy.
- Design and launch an email campaign to gather subscriber preferences (e.g., using surveys, tags, or triggers).
- Integrate the segmented list with Kajabi, which I use for delivering digital products.
- Provide guidance on maintaining and updating segmented lists for future campaigns.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with ActiveCampaign (essential).
- Familiarity with Kajabi and integrating it with CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of email segmentation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical setups in simple terms.
- Availability to complete the project within 2 weeks

Deliverables:
- Segmented email list based on subscriber preferences.
- Documentation of the process for future reference.
- A live email campaign collecting preferences (if applicable).

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with audience engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of best practices for email campaigns to boost open and click-through rates.

About My Business:
I am a solopreneur in the online business space. My work spans multiple roles, including counselor, speaker, author, coach, and workshop presenter. I create and sell online courses while actively engaging with my audience through various channels.

I publish a blog, host a couple of podcasts, manage YouTube channels, and run several Facebook groups. In addition, I develop and deliver online learning webinars and courses, all of which are hosted on the Kajabi platform.
