We have years of experience investing in various markets across the U.S. We purchase properties in any condition and have the team and resources in place to handle the most distressed and unique situations. Capital King Investments’ businesses include Residential and Commercial Rentals, Rehabs, Hard Money Loans and Seller-Financed Mortgages.


Our fast-paced office is now hiring Sales Agents with or without real estate experience. Capital King Investments is ideal for individuals who feel capped at their current position. Our Real Estate Sales position allows you to work from the comfort of your home.


We have a proven system that can get you your first wholesale deal under contract within days of starting with our company. We do the marketing to provide hot leads and training needed to close these deals and see these numbers. With a great work environment and opportunities to advance, you'll be on your way to making six figures. We continue to dominate the wholesale market by setting and accomplishing incredible goals for our company!


We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative who will follow our proven process to consult with homeowners, get the price to where it needs to be, and close the deal. This is all done 100% over the phone. We have a proven 2 call process to follow. You simply need to build rapport & on the second call present the offer to the client that we give to you! Our process will NEVER have you ending any call with maybe or think about it!


ALL our leads are inbound from Our Cold Calling VAs, SMS VAs, and Bandit Signs, meaning they are HOT!
We offer Commission for the first two deals. Must have 2 successful contracts within the first month.
After the first two deals as “Junior,” you will graduate to “Senior” with an increase in base commission per closed deal. We have a lead flow that equates to approximately 8-10 deals per month (you could do up to 15 per month over time).

There are bonuses involved as well for hitting quotas!

Qualifications

Work Monday-Friday 8-4 pm (EST)
We can discuss part-time options.
Real Estate Acquisition experience preferred

Extremely strong internet connection CRITICAL!
