We're seeking an experienced virtual accountant to organize and reconcile financial records for our service-based business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cleaning up complex books and implementing sustainable accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and reconcile historical financial records
- Clean up QuickBooks/accounting software data
- Organize revenue recognition for service contracts
- Streamline accounts payable/receivable processes
- Create financial reports and documentation
- Implement internal controls and procedures

Requirements:
- CPA or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years accounting experience
- Advanced QuickBooks/accounting software proficiency
- Service industry accounting expertise
- Strong remote communication skills
- Available 15-20 hours/week
