Accountant

Job Summary
Landers Investment LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel. If you have experience working with real estate companies and knowledge of tax preparation, cost management, and accurate data entry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online.
-Prepare and file taxes in accordance with company requirements.
-Accurately enter items, costs, and other financial data.
-Generate financial reports and statements to support business decisions.
-Monitor expenses and ensure they align with budgets and financial plans.
-Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications
-Experience: 2-3 years of accounting experience (experience in real estate accounting is a big plus).
-Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
-Tax Preparation: Familiarity with preparing and filing taxes.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred but not required.

Compensation
-Hourly Rate: $6 - $9 per hour (based on expertise and experience).
