Account Receivables Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS
• With a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Knowledgeable is using Online Accounting System
• Willing to work on Eastern Time
• Experience in handling Account Receivables functions
• Highly analytical and organized
• Trainable and proactive
• Can join within 7 days


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Uploading invoices/billings in third party platforms such us Vendor Café and OpsMerchant
• Recording of daily collections – checks, avidpay, paymode X, bank transfers and ACH deposits
• Match the bank feeds to Zoho Books.
• Send out overdue notices and Statement of Accounts
• Maintain the Account Receivables in current status
• Email management. Handle emails related to billing and reach out to customers if needed.
• Reconcile and close the credit note or overpayment
• Other accounting related tasks
