Job Description:
As an Account Manager at IBT Media, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of client requests. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire lifecycle of client projects, from onboarding to completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines and project specifications.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Coordinate with internal teams, including content creators, editors, and designers, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle, working to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to upsell additional products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details using CRM software.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in a digital media or publishing environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies is a plus.
