About the Role
As StoryGen continues its growth journey, we’re seeking an Account Manager who can lead client relationships while ensuring outbound campaigns are executed effectively and continuously improved.

This role combines client success, team coaching, and campaign management. You'll collaborate closely with clients and BDR teams to keep campaigns on track, strengthen messaging, and drive better results over time.

You’ll play a key role in bridging strategy and execution guiding clients toward their goals while helping outbound teams perform at a high level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Execution Alignment: Prepare and align BDR teams on campaign objectives, ICPs, scripts, and key messaging prior to launch.
- BDR Training & Coaching: Develop BDR capabilities through ongoing coaching, call reviews, roleplays, and feedback sessions focused on messaging, objection handling, and sales conversations.
- Process & Script Adherence: Maintain consistency in outreach execution by ensuring BDRs follow established processes, scripts, and campaign standards. Monitor activity and address quality gaps when needed.
- BDR Performance Management: Measure and evaluate BDR performance against campaign KPIs such as call quality, conversion rates, and meetings booked. Provide structured feedback and performance improvement plans where necessary.
- Performance Reviews: Lead client reporting sessions, present campaign outcomes, share insights, and recommend next-step optimizations.
- Feedback Loop: Use campaign data and frontline feedback to refine targeting, messaging, scripts, and overall outreach strategy.
- Client Success: Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, managing onboarding, strategic planning, and ongoing communication.
- Campaign Strategy: Build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), messaging strategies, and outbound playbooks tailored to each client's goals.
- Scripting Ownership: Create, test, and improve cold calling scripts and outbound email sequences based on campaign performance and team feedback.
- List Coordination: Partner with the List Building Team to ensure prospect lists remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams to implement new processes, tools, and performance initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on B2B cold calling experience (minimum 1–2 years). You understand outbound sales conversations and what drives results.
- 2+ years experience coaching, mentoring, and improving BDR/SDR performance through call reviews, feedback, and structured development.
- 2+ years experience in Account Management, Client Success, Business Development, or Campaign Management roles (preferably within B2B services, lead generation, or sales agencies).
- Strong writing and messaging skills with the ability to create effective cold calling scripts and outbound email copy.
- Solid knowledge of outbound prospecting, including cold calling, cold email, ICP development, and sales messaging.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and spoken).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage several client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with distributed teams and platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, Coda, Calendly, and sales dialers (Nooks, Aircall, etc.).
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, and campaign execution.
