AI phone agent developer/API engineer

We're initially offering a part-time role for a skilled expert developer/engineer of AI phone/voice agents to work with us over the long-term, creating and delivering the best in class, highest in quality, AI solutions for our clients. We use a well-known platform for the AI agent.

Our sole focus is serving our customers to the VERY best of our ability, which includes going that extra ten miles to over-deliver for each client. Knowing that in today’s competitive (and ruthless) marketplace; it’s service, integrity and sincerity that will always win the day – not the cheapest cost, not slick sales presentations – just good old-fashioned 100% serving the client.

Ideally, you’ll become a vital full-time member of our small, but dynamic team, involved in all discussions about our direction, processes and practices. We’re really wanting to find a person who will becomes part of our team – not just a distant VA who always sits just on the outside.

API integration is the other part of the jigsaw puzzle, connecting our AI agents to our client’s various platforms (eg., CRM, calender, inventory, etc). If you have that skill-set too, great - if not, it’s not a problem, we’re happy to take on two people; each expert in their respective fields.

We’re hoping that not only can you provide the specific services we’re looking to deliver to our clients, but that you can also bring your own expertise and experience to help develop and build systems that our business needs to grow to the levels we’re aiming for.

The rates of pay mentioned in this job post are based on the INITIAL (part time) role only. This will obviously change with the full-time role.
