AI + Zapier Automation Specialist (PST Hours)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI + Zapier Automation Specialist to audit and optimize our existing automation workflows. This is a trial project with the potential to evolve into a long-term, ongoing collaboration for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

Review current Zapier workflows and integrations to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization

Implement improvements that enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability

Suggest and integrate AI tools or features where relevant (e.g., Zapier, ChatGPT API, etc.)

Document any changes and ensure all workflows are well-documented and easy to maintain

Communicate proactively and be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours

Who You Are:

Proven experience with Zapier (Expert-level preferred)

Familiarity with AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI, Upgrade to see actual info, etc.)

Strong understanding of automation architecture and best practices

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus: Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms

Project Details:

Start with a small trial project (paid)

If successful, potential for a long-term, ongoing project-based role
