About us
Honeybalm is a fast-growing DTC lip care brand selling internationally. We launch and test hundreds of creatives every month across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.

As AI is rapidly changing the creative industry, we're building an in-house team focused on producing high-quality AI-generated content at scale. We're looking for someone who is obsessed with AI video creation, visual storytelling, and short-form content.

What you'll do:
- Create AI-generated B-roll, scenes, visuals, and product shots using tools like Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI platforms
- Edit short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat
- Turn creative briefs into complete video assets using a combination of AI-generated footage, stock footage, creator content, and motion graphics
- Build scalable workflows for generating AI content faster and better than traditional production
- Create multiple variations of winning creatives with different hooks, visuals, and formats
- Work directly with our Creative Strategists to test new concepts and iterate quickly
- Stay on top of the latest AI tools, workflows, and creative trends

What we're looking for:
- Experience creating AI-generated videos and visuals using modern AI tools
- Strong short-form editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Strong understanding of viral content, pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling
- Ability to combine AI-generated content with real footage in a natural way
- Portfolio of AI-generated videos, short-form content, or creative projects you can share
- Fluent English
- Fast communication and fast execution
- Self-managed, ambitious, and highly curious about AI

Bonus points
- Experience creating direct-response ads for DTC or e-commerce brands
- Experience with motion graphics and VFX
- Experience using multiple AI video generation platforms
- Understanding of paid social advertising and creative testing

IMPORTANT
If all goes well, we will integrate a bonus structure after 3 months of work where you can earn $500 per winning creative that you have produced (+$50k ad spend). There is no limit on how much bonus you can receive.
