AI SPECIALIST

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated, high-energy, AI-driven Virtual Assistant to help create cutting-edge AI-generated content across multiple platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of AI tools like Kling.ai, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, and face-swapping technologies.

If you love grinding, testing new AI tools, and pushing the boundaries of AI-generated media, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for producing AI-generated images, videos, and voiceovers, while continuously researching and perfecting the output.

Key Responsibilities:
? AI Image & Video Generation

Create hyper-realistic AI-generated images and videos using Kling.ai, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, and face-swapping tools.
Follow provided prompts for product placements, marketing visuals, and ad creatives.
Later, develop your own creative AI workflows and enhancements.
? AI Research & Tool Optimization

Constantly explore new AI tools and innovative methods for image, video, and audio generation.
Keep up with the latest AI trends and implement new strategies into our workflow.
A/B test different AI outputs to refine quality and performance.
? Photo Selection & Prompt Engineering

Select high-quality reference images for projects.
Refine and optimize AI prompts to ensure the best possible outputs.
Train and experiment with different AI models for improved results.
? Project & Team Management

Eventually, hire, train, and manage a small team of AI assistants.
Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to scale AI content production.
Communicate effectively with the team and streamline workflow processes.
? Flexible & Dedicated Work Ethic

Be available to work US hours when needed.
Hustle and grind mindset – willing to put in extra hours for high-quality outputs.
Open to working on weekends if necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
???? AI Tools Proficiency:

Experience with Kling.ai, ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, face-swapping tech, and other AI tools.
Strong prompt engineering skills (knows how to craft effective AI prompts).
Previous experience in AI-generated media (portfolio preferred).
???? Creative & Analytical Thinking:

Ability to optimize AI workflows for better image, video, and audio generation.
Strong photo selection skills and understanding of visual aesthetics.
Can experiment and iterate on AI-generated content.
???? Time Commitment & Work Ethic:

Ability to work US hours when needed (or PH time as a backup).
Dedicated work mentality – no frequent absences, highly available, and willing to work weekends if required.
Willing to put in extra hours to achieve high-quality output.
???? Management & Leadership Skills (Bonus):

Ability to train and manage future AI content creators.
Some prior experience in leading a team or delegating tasks.

Preferred (But Not Required):
? Prior experience in video editing, AI voice synthesis, deepfake technologies, or creative content production.
? Background in graphic design, animation, or digital marketing.
? Portfolio showcasing AI-generated images, videos, or projects.
