About the Role

I am seeking an exceptional, highly intelligent, detail-oriented professional to become a long-ter ---------- mber of my team. This is much more than a traditional virtual assistant position.

You will help support multiple businesses by leveraging AI, research, organization, marketing, sales support, and operations. The right person will enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and taking ownership of projects.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow professionally and build a long-term relationship with a U.S.-based entrepreneur.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients and organizations
• Build and maintain prospect databases
• CRM management and data organization
• AI-assisted marketing projects using ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Prepare presentations and documents
• Internet research
• Calendar and scheduling assistance
• Email support and follow-up
• Social media and LinkedIn support
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Recommend process improvements
• Complete additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English
• College graduate preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Highly organized
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection
• Comfortable learning AI tools
• Able to work independently
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools
• CRM experience
• Marketing experience
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
• Canva experience
• Social media experience

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, qualifications, communication ability, and demonstrated performance.
