AI Operations Manager

Overview

We are hiring an AI Operations Manager to help run and improve daily operations for a fast-growing creator-focused digital business.

This role focuses on managing workflows, coordinating teams, optimizing systems, and improving overall business performance across audience engagement, customer communication, and revenue operations.

This is not an entry-level VA role. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced online businesses, executes quickly, leverages AI tools daily, and can manage operations with minimal supervision.

You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in scaling internal operations.

Work Environment

You will be working within a creator-driven digital business that operates through subscription products, audience engagement, customer communication, and online monetization systems.

Experience in creator businesses, digital communities, subscription-based services, customer engagement operations, or online sales environments is highly valued.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows across multiple teams
• Ensure tasks, priorities, and deadlines are executed efficiently
• Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Use AI tools to increase productivity and streamline reporting
• Prepare reports, summaries, and performance insights
• Coordinate projects and support cross-functional teams
• Improve internal systems, documentation, and processes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions

Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)

Compensation

$4–$7 USD per hour

(Based on experience and performance)
