AI Native Static Ad Creator & Designer

We are looking for an experience individual with strong static ad creation and design skills.

This role is for a new mens jewellery ecommerce brand. We are currently testing on meta and are looking to begin scaling soon.

What you will do:
Your role will primarily be to receive creative briefs and then execute on the creation of those creatives. All creatives will be statics, no videos.

Over time you will also be doing research into creative concepting on your own accord using tools like Foreplay, Atria, Magritte and the meta ad library to study brands, ads and competitors. You will also gain the financial understanding behind ad distribution in the meta ad account, and gain valuable skills regarding the financial analysis that is required in scaling creative.

There is certainly room for a lot of growth and learning in this role. The core of the role will be to design and produce statics which will be given to you in briefs, but from there once you are comfortable, you will hone your skills in the said areas as well.

Hours worked per week will begin at around 25, but can be adapted to your needs for flexibility. More hours will also become available as we begin to scale. If you would like full time working weeks at 40 hours, this will definitely be on the horizon soon.

Base requirements to be successful:
- Very good English language skills both written and spoken
- Very strong ability to communicate and manage expectations in timely manners
- Ability to follow instruction when required, but also invoke your own curiosity and creativity

Skill requirements:
- Ai native user with strong familiarity around Ai prompting and models like Claude, GPT Image 2, Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance
- Experience using Figma, as well as Flora / Figma Weave. Figma Weave is a tool that figma recently acquired and is a node based creative tool, similar to Flora.
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Ability to work independently once tasks have been assigned, and questions have been answered

Nice to haves:
- Experience with Notion
- Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, and more from the Adobe Suite
- Prior experience in Ecom is favourable
- Direct Response copywriting skills
