AI Implementer / AI Trainer

We are looking for an experienced AI Implementer / AI Trainer to help businesses identify, build, and manage practical AI systems, while also teaching non-technical business owners and teams how to use and manage them confidently.

This is not a general VA role. We need someone who understands how to use AI tools in a real business environment and can explain technical concepts in simple, clear language.

You will help review business processes, identify where AI can reduce manual work, build AI workflows or automations, create prompts and SOPs, set up tools, test systems, and train teams on how to use AI properly.

Requirements:
Strong experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
Experience teaching, training, onboarding, or guiding non-technical people
Ability to explain AI concepts clearly and in plain English
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar
Ability to build practical AI workflows for business operations
Strong prompt-writing and documentation skills
Able to identify business problems and recommend AI solutions
Comfortable testing and improving workflows
Comfortable leading live video and screen-sharing sessions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
Stable internet connection suitable for live training sessions

Nice to have:
Claude Code experience
Experience building AI agents
Experience creating SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, training materials, or courses
Experience running workshops or training sessions
Experience with GoHighLevel, ---------- , ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, or Slack
Experience with service-based businesses, agencies, coaching businesses, or online businesses
