JOB OVERVIEW

AI Ad Creative — UGC Video, AI Animation & Static Ads

We're a creative agency that produces short-form ad creative for
direct-to-consumer brands. We run a high volume of video and static ads
across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok for multiple clients, and we
need an AI creative who can take a brief and turn it into finished,
scroll-stopping ads — fast, and across different brand styles.

This is a hands-on production role. You'll work on several brands at once,
so you need to switch gears quickly and keep quality high under deadlines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit short-form UGC video ads for Meta & TikTok (hooks, captions,
pacing, B-roll, music, sound design)
- Generate AI UGC videos using avatar tools (HeyGen or similar)
- Create AI animation / motion clips for product and explainer ads
(Veo, Kling, Runway)
- Design static picture ads and variations (Nano Banana / Gemini,
Midjourney, Photoshop, Canva)
- Adapt to each client's brand style, voice, and guidelines
- Produce multiple variations of winning ads for testing
- Add AI voiceover (ElevenLabs) and clean, readable captions
- Keep assets organized and labeled per client
- Juggle multiple brands and hit weekly output quotas

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects)
- Hands-on with at least a few AI creative tools — any of: HeyGen, Veo,
Kling, Runway, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Nano Banana / Gemini, ElevenLabs
- A real eye for what makes someone stop scrolling (hooks, pacing, captions)
- Can switch between different brand styles without losing quality
- Fast, reliable, communicates every day
- Follows briefs exactly and asks questions when something's unclear
- Good written English
- A computer that can handle editing + stable internet

BONUS POINTS
- Agency or direct-response / DTC ad experience
- You can design statics AND edit video
- You know Meta Ads specs and what a winning ad looks like
- You can write your own hooks and captions

HOURS & SETUP
- Starts part-time (around 15–20 hrs/week) and grows to full-time as our
client load increases and you prove you're a fit
- This is a grow-into-it role: start small, earn more hours
- 100% remote
- Some overlap with US hours preferred

PAY
- Starting rate TBD — based on experience and hours (we'll discuss it
in the interview)
- Reviewed after 90 days + performance bonuses for ads that win
