AI Creative Designer & Proposal Builder for Luxury Event Design Company

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative AI Creative Designer / Proposal Builder to support a growing luxury event design and production company. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely comfortable using advanced AI tools to create high-quality visual mock-ups, proposal images, event renderings, short video concepts, and polished client-facing proposals.

This person will be responsible for taking creative direction, event notes, inspiration images, color palettes, venue details, and design concepts, then turning them into elevated visuals and organized proposal materials that help clients clearly see the vision.

The ideal candidate should be highly creative, fast, detail-oriented, and experienced with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Krea/Flux, Kling AI, Nano Banana, Canva, CapCut, and other AI design/video platforms. Proficiency in Notion is a strong plus, especially for organizing client projects, proposal notes, design tasks, and CRM updates.

Responsibilities
-Create realistic AI-generated event mock-ups for weddings, baby showers, corporate events, galas, birthdays, and luxury celebrations.
-Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Krea/Flux, Kling AI, Nano Banana, Canva, and CapCut to produce high-quality images, videos, and proposal visuals.
-Turn event design notes into detailed visual concepts, including ceremony designs, reception layouts, tablescapes, lounges, entrance ---------- nts, cake displays, bars, signage, floral installations, and full-room mock-ups.
-Create short AI-generated video concepts and motion visuals for client proposals, social media, and event presentations.
-Build polished, client-facing proposals using provided branding, pricing, inspiration images, AI visuals, and creative direction.
-Organize proposal pages in a clean, luxury, easy-to-understand format.
-Use ChatGPT to help refine proposal language, design descriptions, creative direction, and client-facing presentation copy.
-Make revisions based on creative feedback and detailed design notes.
-Ensure all mock-ups look realistic, elevated, properly scaled, and aligned with the client’s vision.
-Source or create visual references that match the event’s theme, color palette, and design direction.
-Assist with mood boards, design decks, visual storytelling, and presentation layouts.
-Help organize client design notes, project updates, task lists, and proposal progress in Notion, if experienced.
-Maintain a quick turnaround time of less than 24 hours for assigned designs, revisions, and video concepts.
-Communicate clearly and provide updates on assigned tasks.

Required Skills
-Strong experience with ChatGPT for prompt writing, creative direction, copy refinement, and workflow support.
-Strong experience with Midjourney or similar AI image generation tools.
-Experience with Krea/Flux for image creation, enhancement, editing, or visual refinement.
-Experience with Kling AI or similar AI video generation tools.
-Experience with Nano Banana or similar AI creative/editing tools.
-Strong experience creating realistic luxury event mock-ups, not cartoon-style or generic AI images.
-Canva design experience is required.
-CapCut or basic video editing experience is strongly preferred.
-Ability to understand luxury event design, including florals, draping, lighting, furniture, signage, linens, tablescapes, scale, and layout.
-Ability to follow creative direction closely and apply feedback quickly.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Strong organization and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Must be comfortable working with a fast-paced creative team.
-Must be available to actively work on designs and revisions with turnaround times under 24 hours.
-Must submit a portfolio or samples of previous design work. Applications without visual examples will not be considered.

Portfolio Requirement
Ideal candidates must submit a portfolio or examples of previous design work with their application. This can include AI-generated event mock-ups, proposal designs, mood boards, video concepts, social media visuals, branding work, or any creative projects that show the ability to produce high-quality visuals.

Applicants who have experience creating luxury event designs, wedding mock-ups, proposal decks, or AI-generated video concepts are strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills
-Proficiency in Notion for project management, CRM updates, proposal organization, task tracking, and client notes.
-Experience building full design proposals, pitch decks, or client presentations.
-Experience with luxury events, weddings, corporate events, or interior/event design.
-Ability to create both still images and video mock-ups from the same event concept.
-Ability to maintain consistency across multiple visuals for one event design.
-Strong understanding of visual storytelling and client presentation flow.

Ideal Candidate
The right person for this role is someone who can take a rough idea and turn it into something visually impressive. You should understand how to make a proposal feel high-end, emotional, polished, and easy for a client to say yes to.

We need someone who can think creatively, but also follow specific notes. For example, if we ask for deep plum linens, gold chairs, acrylic signage, warm lighting, lush florals, and a luxury ballroom feel, the final image should reflect those exact details.

This role requires someone who is both artistic and organized. You should be able to create the visuals, place them into a proposal, adjust based on feedback, and help us present each event in a way that feels custom, premium, and professional.

Compensation
Monthly Pay: $300 USD per month
Approximate PHP Equivalent: ?18,369.90 PHP per month

Work Expectations
This is a remote monthly role. The designer must be able to actively work on assigned designs, proposal updates, and revisions throughout the week. Turnaround time should generally be less than 24 hours, especially for active client proposals and mock-up revisions.
