# AI Content Workflow & Editorial QA Assistant
## About the role
We’re looking for someone to help manage and quality-check our AI-assisted content workflow.
This role is not about writing every post from scratch. Most of the content will already be generated using our approved AI prompts, frameworks, and systems. Your job is to take that AI-generated content through the correct workflow, apply the required checks, and act as the final human reviewer before the content moves forward.
The main goal is to make sure each post sounds clear, natural, useful, and human — not robotic, generic, or obviously AI-generated.
## What you’ll do
You will take AI-generated content and move it through our internal workflow.
You will follow a clear step-by-step process for reviewing, checking, and improving each post.
You will use our prompts, tools, and editorial guidelines to refine content where needed.
You will act as the final human checker before posts are approved for the next stage.
You will review each post to make sure it does not sound “AI-ified.”
You will check for generic phrasing, robotic tone, repetitive structures, unnatural wording, and over-polished AI-style language.
You will make light edits where needed to improve tone, flow, clarity, and readability.
You will preserve the original idea and structure wherever possible, rather than rewriting everything unnecessarily.
You will flag posts that need a deeper rewrite or strategic review.
You will make sure posts feel aligned with the intended voice, audience, and content purpose.
## What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with strong editorial judgment, a good ear for natural writing, and the ability to follow a repeatable content process.
You do not need to be a senior copywriter, but you do need to understand when writing sounds awkward, generic, robotic, or too obviously AI-generated.
You should be comfortable working with AI-generated drafts, improving them efficiently, and knowing when to make small edits rather than overworking the content.
## You’ll be a good fit if you can:
Follow a structured workflow without skipping steps.
Spot when a post sounds too much like AI.
Make AI-generated writing sound more natural and human.
Improve content without changing the original meaning.
Keep edits light, purposeful, and practical.
Understand the difference between polishing, humanising, and rewriting.
Work through multiple pieces of content with consistency and attention to detail.
Apply feedback and internal guidelines accurately.
## Key responsibilities
Move AI-generated content through the agreed workflow.
Apply editorial checks to each post.
Review posts for AI-style language and tone.
Humanise wording where needed.
Improve clarity, rhythm, and readability.
Check that the post still reflects the original prompt, message, and intended outcome.
Flag weak posts, unclear ideas, or anything that needs further input.
Prepare content for the next stage of review, scheduling, or client delivery.
## Skills required
Strong attention to detail.
Good writing and editing instincts.
Ability to follow a process.
Comfort using AI tools and content platforms.
Ability to identify generic or robotic language.
Good understanding of natural, conversational writing.
Ability to make light edits without over-rewriting.
Reliability and consistency when reviewing content at volume.
## Nice to have
Experience reviewing social media content.
Experience working with LinkedIn posts.
Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI writing tools.
Experience with content workflows, editorial QA, or agency content production.
Understanding of tone-of-voice guidelines.
## What success looks like
Content moves smoothly through the workflow.
Posts are checked carefully before moving forward.
AI-generated drafts sound more natural, specific, and human.
Posts do not feel generic, robotic, or obviously AI-written.
The original message is preserved while the quality is improved.
Weak content is flagged rather than passed through.
The final output feels polished, clear, and ready for review or publishing.
## Role summary
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and has a strong instinct for natural writing.
You’ll be working with AI-generated content, but the value you bring is human judgment: knowing what sounds real, what sounds forced, and what needs to be adjusted before it goes out.
