We are a UK-based supplier of professional drones, surveying equipment, accessories and specialist technology solutions for industries including construction, surveying, agriculture, public safety, inspection and mapping.

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Content & SEO Assistant to help grow our online presence through high-quality content creation, search engine optimisation and AI-powered marketing.

This is a flexible, remote, part-time position with the opportunity to grow as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and write SEO-optimised blog articles using AI tools and manual editing.
* Create informative content around drones, surveying technology, inspections, mapping and related industries.
* Optimise existing website pages for improved search engine rankings.
* Write compelling product descriptions and category page content.
* Create FAQ sections and knowledge base articles.
* Perform keyword research to identify new content opportunities.
* Improve internal linking across the website.
* Optimise meta titles, meta descriptions and headings.
* Upload and format content within WordPress or Shopify.
* Monitor competitor websites and identify opportunities to improve rankings.
* Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Claude) responsibly to improve productivity while ensuring all published content is accurate and human-reviewed.
* Assist with creating LinkedIn posts, newsletters and marketing content where required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:

* Number of high-quality articles published each month.
* Growth in organic website traffic.
* Improvements in keyword rankings.
* Increase in enquiries and sales generated from organic search.
* Number of existing pages successfully optimised.

Required Skills

* Excellent written English with strong grammar and attention to detail.
* Understanding of SEO best practices and on-page optimisation.
* Experience using AI writing tools to create and improve content.
* Strong research skills with the ability to understand technical topics.
* Basic knowledge of WordPress or Shopify content management systems.
* Ability to fact-check AI-generated content before publication.

Desirable Experience

* Experience writing about technology, drones, surveying, engineering or construction.
* Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console or Google Analytics.
* Basic image editing skills using Canva or similar software.
* Understanding of schema markup and structured data.
* Experience creating content that targets commercial search intent.
