AI Avatar Content Creator — Long-Term Role Available

THE ROLE:
Producing short-form realistic AI avatar videos for multiple consumer brands across niches (food, wellness, hair). Looking for someone who can deliver consistent quality across different avatars and brand voices. This will be a monthly trial with possibility for long term employment if the brand is satisfied with the work output.
COMPENSATION:

$300/month, paid weekly
All software provided (Veo, Grok, image generation tools)
Performance bonuses available based on video metrics
Long-term role potential based on performance

WORKLOAD:
1 minute videos on average. Sometimes longer or shorter.
Week 1: 3 videos/day + onboarding training (15 videos/week)
Weeks 2-4: 4 videos/day, 5 days/week (20 videos/week)
All videos require a YouTube CTA backend variant (takes about 5 minutes, not counted in daily total)
Any revisions must be completed within the same week or they will not count as completed videos.
Videos only count toward weekly total when approved by the brand

STRUCTURE:
This is a monthly role which will be evaluated on a week-by-week basis for satisfactory work.

WEEKLY DELIVERABLES:
Daily videos (per schedule above)
Daily log updates in ----------
Weekly Loom user-recordings videos
Daily prompt documentation (what worked, what didn't)
Fast and direct communication on ----------

WHAT YOU NEED:

Experience producing AI avatar/video content (HeyGen, Veo, Grok, similar, elevenlabs)
Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci)
Reliable internet
Strong English communication
Ability to work across multiple brand niches (food, wellness, hair) and adapt to different avatar voices
Comfort with 4 videos/day as the baseline workload after training week
