AI Avatar Video Producer — Wellness and Hair Brands
Producing short-form realistic AI avatar videos for established consumer brands across wellness, hair, and lifestyle. The work is execution-based — you'll be given scripts, references, and brand guidelines. Your job is to execute them consistently.
This is a monthly trial role with long-term potential based on performance.
Compensation:
$100/week, paid weekly
Pay structure: approved videos count, rejected or unsubmitted videos do not. Revisions must be completed within the same week to count.
This job pays for deliverable videos that are ready to publish. We do not pay for unproductive effort, time spent, unfinished videos, or mistakes. If you are a novice in AI video production, do not apply.
Workload:
Week 1: 3 videos/day (15 total)
Weeks 2-4: 22 videos per week (Average 4/day)
Each video should take approximately 90 minutes from start to finish
Available 6-8 hours per day for production and communication
What you need:
This role is best for someone who is reliable, fast, follows specifications precisely, and adapts quickly to different brand voices. You should be able to apply learned principles across new characters and brands without needing each detail re-explained.
Required:
Portfolio of AI avatar videos you've personally produced
Strong start frame generation (consistent characters, natural lighting, consistency across scenes) - Very Important
Capcut software
Paid ChatGPT Plus subscription
Reliable internet
Strong spoken English
Do not apply if:
You're new to learning AI tools
You take 3+ hours per video
You're juggling other clients or responsibilities (this role requires daily priority)
You don't have a portfolio of completed work
You're not comfortable with pay-for-approved-videos
You're unwilling to prioritize revisions over new work
You are prone to absences or excuses
