AI Automation Developer (LLM + API Experience | Full-Time Potential)

Job Overview:
We’re Promo Panda—a PR company helping professionals around the world grow their brands and careers. We're looking for a highly motivated software developer to help our operations team automate workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, and custom APIs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with modern AI tools, and building clean, effective automations that save time and increase productivity.

What You'll Be Doing:
Build automations using LLMs (like ChatGPT / Gemini) to improve workflows

Connect tools using APIs (Zapier, webhooks, custom scripts)

Work closely with our ops team to identify bottlenecks and propose smart solutions

Maintain and improve existing automation processes

What We're Offering:
2-week paid trial (contract)

$500 total compensation for the trial period

40-50 hours/week

Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM PHT

Full-time offer after the trial if it’s a good fit

What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)

Solid understanding of APIs and tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom scripting

Independent problem-solver who can work with minimal hand-holding

Fast learner with attention to detail
