AI Agent Consultant Needed: Automate Training Development

I run Educ8, a training development agency that builds custom employee training systems for businesses. We generate a high volume of written training content, quizzes, flashcards, and evaluations based on research conducted by our team or client-provided materials (Google Drives, folders, etc.).

I have 15 fully documented SOPs that outline our content creation process. After analyzing them, I’ve determined that 60-70% of these tasks can be automated using AI. My goal is to build AI agents that handle the bulk of this work, reducing manual effort while maintaining high-quality outputs.

This is an ongoing role, as the AI models will need continuous fine-tuning and improvements as we scale.

I need an AI expert to help me:

Integrate AI-powered agents into Asana (task management) and Copilot (client portal).
Enhance Zapier workflows for seamless automation.
Enable AI-driven Milanote mind mapping and content structuring.

Automate the extraction of key steps from client-provided Loom videos to generate Storylane walkthroughs.
Build AI-driven SOP documentation workflows that generate structured, easy-to-follow process guides.

Set up an AI-powered review portal where AI-generated content is checked before final implementation.

?? Proven experience in AI-powered automation (LLMs, RAG models, fine-tuning AI agents).
?? Familiarity with training content development & instructional design principles.
?? Expertise in integrating AI with business workflows (APIs, automation tools, AI pipelines).
?? Experience working with platforms like Asana, Zapier, Copilot, Milanote, Canva, Google Suite, and Slack.
?? Knowledge of LMS content migration and structuring.
?? Ability to build AI workflows using OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
