Position Overview

This role will be accountable for providing our customer base with an excellent customer service experience. You will be assisting customers over the phone and through email with product questions, support requests, and other inquiries. You will also assist with administrative support which will include graphic design and website development tasks.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time.
Must be able to give 40 hours FULL TIME and have no other job.
Dedicated computer with wired Internet Access is required.
Report directly to the company owners.
Paid training.
NO selling.
Seeking candidate who desires a long-term career position with room to grow and advance.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
