ACX Audiobook VA

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Podcast Production Assistant with extensive experience in publishing audiobooks on ACX. This role is essential in ensuring the successful publication of our audiobook and its transformation into a podcast.

Key Responsibilities:

-Take artwork and audio files for all chapters and publish the audiobook on ACX.
-Create the audiobook as a podcast to be distributed on Apple, using a free-to-host platform that is easy to use or modify for future changes.
-Create one podcast episode for each chapter of the book, including labels and descriptions based on the content.
-Create social media posts/captions for each episode and send them to Kerry (another Virtual Assistant) to post weekly. Also, create a social media post promoting the audiobook for sale.
Key Requirements:

ACX Experience:
-Experience publishing an audiobook on ACX is a must. This is a deal-breaker.

Podcast Publishing:
-Experience in web publishing of podcasts is required, but not with generating content ideas or getting views/attention.
-Attention to Detail: Must have a very high attention to detail with titles, labels, etc., to avoid issues with typos and inaccuracies.

Qualities Desired:

-Highly organized and a problem solver
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

Expected Outcome:
-Successfully publish the audiobook on ACX with accurate details
-Create and distribute the audiobook as a podcast on a free-to-host platform
-Produce podcast episodes with proper labels and descriptions
-Generate social media content to promote the podcast and audiobook

About Us:
I am a listing agent who helps people sell their homes in Las Vegas. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless publication and promotion of our audiobook and podcast.

Client Time Zone: Pacific Time
Working Hours: 7am-4pm PST, Monday to Friday
Location: Remote
Duration: Limited time until the job is complete
