Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Intake Manager to handle the initial intake process for new clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of ABA services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial intake assessments and gather necessary information from potential clients
Answer inquiries and provide detailed information about our ABA services
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to service delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to continuously improve the intake process
Qualifications:

Proficiency in English (C2 level or equivalent)
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an ABA or healthcare setting
Strong understanding of ABA services and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient in using various computer applications and databases
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Availability to work 9 AM - 5 PM EST
