A-Player DM Setter For Men’s Coaching Brand (Performance-Based, Long Term)

I’m Stefan, founder of Status Alpha – a high-ticket mentorship for men who want elite body, energy, mindset and performance.

We sell €3.5k–€20k coaching programs to men worldwide. Most clients come from DM conversations.

We already flood Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X/Twitter with content. Inbound and outbound conversations are only going up.

I have a full Content Operating System and A-player closers.

Now I want an A-player setter whose only job is:
Start smart conversations. Qualify fast. Book calls. Get paid on results.

MISSION OF THE ROLE

Turn warm attention from my content into qualified booked calls for my sales team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Own DMs on non-bot platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, maybe others).
- On Instagram/Facebook, take over stuck / high-intent leads when automations have done their part and a human is needed.
- Proactively initiate DMs with warm leads (engagers, commenters, voters) when directed by the team.
- Follow proven scripts and flows, adapt when needed, and track results.
- Be measured on:
- Conversations started
- Calls booked
- Show-up rate
- Sales from your sets

This is appointment setting, not closing. No cold calling, no “spray and pray”. You talk to people who already follow or engage with me.

DAY-TO-DAY

- Check all assigned platforms multiple times per day (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, plus IG/FB stuck/high-intent leads).
- Reply to inbound messages using our scripts and training.
- Start DMs with warm leads:
- People who comment with clear pain/interest
- Story viewers / voters (when handed to you)
- Engagers on high-performing posts that we flag for you
- Qualify leads using our questions (budget, problem, timeline, fit).
- Handle basic objections in DMs (time, “not sure”, “need to think”), and route serious buyers to a call.
- Book calls on the correct calendar with all required notes.
- Keep simple tracking of:
- Who you talked to
- Who booked from your DMs
- Who showed up
- Who bought (for commissions)
- Follow up old leads consistently.
- Occasionally reply to high-intent comments (“how do I work with you?”) and move them into DMs.
- Work closely with me and my team to improve scripts based on what you see in the field.

You will not create content or do generic admin. Your job is DMs and booking calls.

WHO THIS IS FOR

- You love sales conversations and messaging. DMs do not drain you.
- Written English is 9/10+. You sound natural, not robotic.
- You have proven experience as a DM setter / appointment setter / closer (bonus if it was for coaches, consultants or fitness).
- You can show proof (numbers, screenshots, client references, or case studies) that you have actually booked calls and driven revenue.
- You are hungry. You want uncapped income, not just a small fixed salary.
- You like being measured. Numbers do not scare you.
- You can work Philippines evenings to overlap with Dubai and US/Europe time zones.
- You are okay working 6 days/week with lighter Sundays.

Nice-to-have (not required):
- Certificates in appointment setting / sales. If you have them, send them.

NOT FOR YOU IF

- You are scared of rejection or pushback in DMs.
- You have zero sales reps and zero proof.
- You need someone to tell you what to do every minute.
- You are just collecting clients and will disappear in 30 days.

COMPENSATION

This is performance-driven.

- Base: 200–300 USD/month (depending on experience)
- Commission: 3–5% of cash collected from clients who buy after calls you set
- Our programs are €3,500–€20,000
- Even at the low end, 3–5% is about 110–300+ USD per sale

Realistic on-target earnings once ramped:
- 15–25+ calls booked/month
- 30–40% close rate by our closers
You can make 800–1,800+ USD/month once you are dialed in. There is no cap.

SCHEDULE

- About 35–40 hours/week spread across:
- Mon–Sat: core setting hours in the evening PH time (to be agreed)
- Sun: lighter check-ins and follow-ups

You must be available during agreed core hours, not “whenever”.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting / DM setting / sales (coaching, agency, SaaS or similar).
- Very strong written English (we will test this).
- Stable internet + backup (data or second connection) and a quiet place to work.
- Comfortable using:
- Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / LinkedIn / YouTube DMs
- Google Sheets / basic CRM
- Loom / Zoom for training
- Willing to follow proven scripts AND give feedback to improve them.
