Are you a VoIP expert with specialized expertise in 3CX VoIP Software? We are seeking a highly skilled 3CX professional who can demonstrate advanced proficiency in 3CX and independently handle complex VoIP solutions.
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of the new Call Flow Scripting in 3CX V20 Update
Expertise in designing and managing advanced call flows
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex VoIP issues
3CX certifications are a plus but not mandatory
Your Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality customer support from 7 AM to 5 PM GMT+1
Independently managing 3CX-related issues and sharing knowledge with colleagues
Ensuring a professional, efficient, and structured approach to problem-solving
Application Process:

1. An advanced call processing script (pre-made 3CX scripts are not allowed). This is a technical test to assess your proficiency in the latest 3CX functions. Choose one of the following script examples and submit your custom solution:
a) The script should include that every Tuesday from 2 PM to 6 PM, the WAV prompt Tuesday.wav is played on the DID main number
b) The script should include the following: By pressing a BLF key on a Yealink desk phone, it must be possible to adjust the call behavior during business hours so that calls in the queue are no longer received but are instead forwarded to the voi

3. A short description outlining: your specific 3CX skills and experience, your troubleshooting approach, your work methodology
