# BattlePaws — Full-Time 2D Animator (YouTube Storytelling)

BattlePaws is looking for a long-term, full-time 2D animator to help create YouTube videos focused on history, mythology, battles, and immersive storytelling.

The goal is NOT Disney-level animation quality. Strong pacing, visual storytelling, comedic timing, and viewer retention are more important than ultra-smooth frame-by-frame animation.

### Production Expectations

* Average video length: 10–15 minutes
* Expected workload: ~3 videos per month
* Future goal: 30-minute videos as the channel grows
* Minimum export quality: 1080p
* Animation software: Your choice (After Effects, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, Blender, etc.)

### Workflow

* Trello for project management
* WhatsApp for communication and feedback
* English does not need to be perfect, but you should be able to understand scripts and instructions clearly

* Recorded voice-over
* Storyboards and references
