(A) How would you contribute to the team
1. Being the main point of contact for the bulk of our clientele and building a good working relationship as the representative for the company.
2. Documentation of everything that is being communicated with the client
3. Work with Specialists to prepare Facebook Ads/Google Ads/SEO audits, identify further opportunities to achieve better results for our clients, and educate clients on our SEO, PPC and Facebook Ads strategy and tactics.
4. Keeping clients updated weekly with the work that we do and making recommendations to our team on how to better their marketing campaigns
5. Onboarding and better understanding of clients’ businesses (We work with clients in all niches, so you must be a good problem solver!)
6. Be resourceful to Google anything you're unsure of and solve problems even without much guidance.
7. Providing a great customer experience for our clients. (Such as responding to them within 2 hours during office hours)
8. Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tasks you perform
9. Sending monthly performance reports (SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads)
10. Ability to cover the Paid Ads Specialist role if staff is absent or vacant is a major plus
11. Conduct Campaign Review and Renewal with clients
12. Conduct research on the client's business and buyers' persona for all clients assigned to you
13. Any other ad-hoc tasks relevant to your areas of expertise and strengths

(B) You should only apply for this role if you have:
1. Minimum of 2 years relevant hands-on experience in Paid Search and Social Media experience in a Digital Marketing agency environment.
2. Experience in Go-High Level and SEO are a plus and will be compensated accordingly
3. Enjoys helping clients succeed with digital marketing
4. Strong verbal and written command of English
5. A Process Driven mindset, Is Well-organised, Strong attention to detail (i.e. believes in SOPs, step by step guides, data documentation)
6. A positive, problem-solving, open and transparent attitude
7. Strong project management skills
8. Strong team management and people skills
9. Strong management of Google Drive & savvy with Google Sheets

(C) If you are shortlisted for this role, the next steps are:
1. Complete a trial assignment.
2. Schedule a virtual interview via Google Meet.
3. You are also expected to have a stable internet connection, working mic and camera setup on your laptop.
4. You must show your face and be expected to be in a conducive quiet environment.
5. We'll ask you a few questions about yourself.
6. Be ready to reveal your expected salary and negotiate accordingly.

(D) BY APPLYING, YOU AGREE COMMITTING YOURSELF TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Work full-time from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (5 days a week)
2. Be contactable during your working hours and attend our daily meeting at 9.15 a.m. sharp with your camera turned on to communicate with our team and the client.

(E) Expectations:
1. This is a remote role and we prioritise efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
2. We encourage showcasing your capabilities and value before salary negotiations.
3. This is a full-time contractor role without employee insurance.
4. Conflicts of Interest: If you are an agency owner or freelancer providing freelancing services that conflict with our agency's offerings, we cannot consider you for this role.
5. You must adhere to our complex SOPs and workflow. Guidance will be given to those that are willing to learn.
6. You are expected to be willing to learn and take on responsibilities that is within your area of expertise. (i.e. Any other ad-hoc tasks)
7. You are expected to contribute actively to our mission, vision, and company culture. This includes hosting of trainings for the team.
8. You will manage a list of clients and be expected to deliver successful campaign outcomes.
9. You are expected to document data and submit work done on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
10. You are expected to be responsive within 30 mins when possible and ask questions for clarity as following instructions is vital to our success.
11. You'll begin by managing emails, calls, and communication tasks, as well as preparing reports. Then, you'll move into the Account Manager role, taking care of client onboarding and offboarding. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you may be assigned leadership roles within departments.
