Our platform leverages GoHighLevel's most advanced AI features, OpenAI integrations, and custom automations to create automated sales ecosystems for service providers and coaches/course creators.

We’re preparing for a massive launch on June 1st, and we’re building a founder’s team to help execute, implement, and support the growth of SocialFox.
We’re hiring TWO highly motivated Virtual Assistants who are ready to dive deep into AI tools, build automated systems, and work alongside our leadership team to bring this next-level platform to life.

The Role: AI Automation & Integration Specialist (Virtual Assistant)
This is NOT a basic admin role.
We need tech-savvy, detail-oriented operators who understand GoHighLevel (or are willing to master it quickly), embrace AI automation, and love building systems that scale.
You’ll be part of the team that executes our AI-driven SaaS strategy, builds out automation systems, and helps train AI tools to power our platform.

After your 3-month review, you’ll have the opportunity for:

Key Responsibilities
AI Automation + GoHighLevel Workflow Builds
Build and manage GoHighLevel AI Workflows, incorporating triggers, actions, and AI-generated responses
Set up Conversation AI bots across SMS, web chat, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp
Configure Reviews AI for reputation management and automate feedback loops
Execute Content AI to generate email campaigns, SMS follow-ups, social media posts, and ads
Build Funnel AI pages, optimized for conversions and AI personalization
Set up Voice AI for automated call responses, missed call text backs, and AI lead qualification
Implement AI Appointment Booking Bots and connect them to calendars + workflows
Assist in Image Generation AI tasks for landing pages, ads, and client assets

- API, Zapier, & Integrations
Manage Zapier workflows to connect GoHighLevel with external platforms (Google Sheets, Slack, Calendly, etc.)
Integrate OpenAI APIs for advanced conversational AI and AI content creation
Assist in setting up webhooks, triggers, and third-party app integrations
Maintain and troubleshoot external API connections to ensure seamless automations

- AI Avatar Support + Customization
Assist with building and training AI Avatars for client accounts
Collect client data and FAQs to create AI scripts and conversational flows
Test AI interactions for tone, accuracy, and conversion optimization
Continuously improve AI logic and responses based on feedback + data

- Client Support + Success
Assist in onboarding new SocialFox clients and training them on AI features
Provide email/chat support, answering AI and system-related questions
Monitor client workflows, AI chatbots, and automations for performance
Update documentation, SOPs, and AI training materials as needed

- What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a huge plus
- Familiarity with Zapier, OpenAI, and API integrations
- Tech-savvy, with an eagerness to learn and implement AI automation

Qualifications and Requirements
Strong understanding of automated workflows, pipelines, and CRM best practices
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow SOPs while thinking creatively
Clear and professional written English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced launch environment
Willingness to become an expert in GoHighLevel’s AI feature suite (we provide training)
Compensation and Growth Opportunities

$7/hour starting pay
3-month performance review with the opportunity for a raise
Bonuses tied to successful launch milestones, client retention, and system execution
Long-term potential to grow into an AI Automation Specialist or Team Lead role
Work Hours

20-40 hours per week, with flexibility
Availability during EST business hours is preferred
We collaborate via Slack, Asana, and GoHighLevel
