HIRING: Experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We are currently looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who has been working in the Shopify and dropshipping space for several years – either as a top-level assistant or independently managing stores. You should know Shopify like the back of your hand, and ideally bring a strong background in EU Dropshipping.

Product Listing (manual + CSV imports)

Google Shopify Product Listings

Inventory Management

Product Tagging, Collections, & Organization

Order Fulfillment & PO Handling

Invoicing & Admin Tasks

- Product Research & Ranking

Profitable Product Research (Manual & Tool-Based)

Product Ranking & Optimization

Keyword Research & SEO

Product Sourcing using performance history tools

Data Entry for Product Research

Customer Support & Communications

Professional Email Handling

Returns & Messages

Friendly, fluent, and professional communication

Repricing & Listing Optimization

Picture editing

Performance Notifications Handling

Admin Tasks

Order Tracking & Inventory Updates

Warehouse Coordination
