Key Responsibilities:
· Creation, revision and process mapping of necessary procedures and forms as per ISO requirements.
· Plan and Execute Internal audits and other quality assurance & ISO activities.
· Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
· Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective actions.
· Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
· Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
· Monitor risk management activities.
· Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
· Responsible for document management systems (document control)
· Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
· Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
· Assured ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
· Evaluates performance and competence of Quality Assurance III and below.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Education - Industrial Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent.
· Work Experience - at least 5 years supervisory experience in ISO Standard an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer.
· Skills - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database
- Preferably with manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
