JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a proactive, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist (Sales Development Representative) to join our growing team! If you excel at identifying and connecting with the right prospects, crafting personalized outreach, and booking qualified appointments, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll focus on intent-based, hyper-personalized outreach across LinkedIn, email, and video to generate high-quality leads and drive sales pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
• LinkedIn Prospecting (Hyper-Personalized + Intent-Based Targeting): Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn, and send tailored connection requests and follow-ups based on their business needs.
• Personalized Video Outreach: Create short, customized video messages to stand out and connect with prospects authentically.
Email Outreach: Craft intent-driven, individualized messages that speak to the pain points and interests of each lead.
• Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Proactively qualify leads and set high-quality appointments for the sales team.
• CRM Management & Workflow Optimization: Log all outreach activity, maintain clean data, and support the development of automated follow-up sequences.
• End-to-End Lead Nurturing Support:
• Assist in refining messaging and scripts
• Help build objection-handling guides
• Support follow-ups on proposals and ongoing lead engagement

Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in lead generation, SDR, or BDR roles
• Skilled in identifying qualified leads and booking discovery calls
• Comfortable using CRM tools and automation platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship building
• Collaborative mindset and open to working closely with leadership and marketing
• Bonus: Experience in the career development or coaching space is a strong plus
