Scheduler & Listing Optimization Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Lion Rock Properties, a growing property management company based in Minneapolis, MN. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly and our listings performing at their best. You’ll be managing appointments and scheduling requests from multiple channels, including phones, emails, and digital systems, while also helping us fine-tune our property listings to maximize engagement and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling tasks across multiple channels (calls, emails, text, internal systems)
Prioritize urgent requests and stay calm under pressure
Coordinate with our internal team and external vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
Assist in creating, editing, and optimizing property listings across different platforms
Use analytics to identify trends and recommend updates (e.g., pricing, photos, descriptions, specials)
Use tools (including AI-enhanced platforms) to streamline and enhance performance
Stay updated with market trends to keep our listings competitive.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently
Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or calendar management
Familiarity with property listings and online platforms like Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
Basic understanding of listing performance metrics and analytics
Proactive mindset – able to bring ideas to the table, not just follow orders
Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and willing to learn new systems

Bonus If You Have:
Experience in real estate, property management, or booking coordination
Experience using AppFolio
Graphic or photo editing skills for enhancing listing visuals
Experience using AI tools or automation platforms

Work Hours:
To be discussed – ideally overlapping with U.S. Central Time business hours.
