Job description
We’re looking for a Paid Media Buyer to join our team as a part-time (20 hours per week) freelance contractor. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, ensuring performance-driven results. What You’ll Do:
Build and manage Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns from start to finish
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making real-time adjustments to improve ROI
Manage budgets effectively to meet performance goals
Collaborate with the design team to execute ad creatives based on campaign strategies
Provide performance reports with actionable insights
Identify trends and recommend new strategies for optimization
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience running performance-based ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
Strong expertise in campaign building, budget management, and performance tracking
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms
Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for interpreting metrics and making optimizations
Experience working with creative teams to execute high-performing campaigns
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable with part-time hours (20 hrs/week) with potential to scale up
Job Details:
$18/hr | 20 hours per week (part-time, with potential for full-time)
Night shifts (EST) with fixed weekends off
