About the Role:
This remote role, based in the Philippines, requires working EST. Only apply if you have extensive experience with Procore software. This position requires in-depth proficiency in Procore and includes responsibilities such as system administration, training, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to project teams. You will be our go-to person for all things Procore, similar to a tech expert who knows the platform inside and out. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Procore’s tools and best practices and can enhance operational efficiency through workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Procore for company-wide use, ensuring best practices.
- Train project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders on Procore functionalities and workflows.
- Develop and implement Procore best practices, templates, and standardized workflows.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot Procore-related issues for internal teams.
- Manage user permissions, roles, and access levels to ensure data integrity and security.
- Oversee document control and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate Procore with other software solutions to streamline project management processes.
- Create and manage Procore reports, dashboards, and custom workflows to improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with Procore updates, new features, and industry trends to optimize usage.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and executives to maximize Procore's value.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Procore Specialist or similar role in construction/project management.
- Strong understanding of Procore tools (document management, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, reporting, integrations).
- Ability to train teams, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Procore support.
- Familiarity with construction workflows, compliance, and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and Procore integrations.
- Preferred: Procore Certification and experience with software integration.
