Position: Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
Handle appointment scheduling and promptly address customer concerns.
Participate in daily Zoom or phone meetings with the team to ensure open communication and alignment on priorities.
Assist customers with orders, billing inquiries, tracking shipments, and product or service-related questions.
Redirect customers to appropriate resources when necessary.
Maintain and update company records and databases with accuracy.
Support the team with administrative tasks and help organize virtual office systems.

What We Offer
Job Type: Full-time, remote position.
Salary: $500 per month.
Schedule: 5 days a week, with flexibility and preference for weekend availability.
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in customer service or related fields.
