Position Overview:
As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by establishing and expanding our customer base in the roofing, window, door, and HVAC markets. This position requires a self-motivated and energetic individual with a proven track record in sales, an understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Virtual Sales Appointments: Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle pre-scheduled appointments.
2. Prospect and Generate Additional Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and lead generation activities.
3. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions in roofing, window, door, and HVAC products and services.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
6. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations to demonstrate the benefits and features of our products, addressing clients' concerns and objections.
7. Quoting and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and detailed quotes and proposals, collaborating with the internal team to ensure timely and precise information.
8. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful telesales experience selling high ticket items, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
2. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing, window, door, and HVAC products and services is highly desirable.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to a diverse audience.
4. Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
5. Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and tea
6. Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
7. Computer and Internet Service: You must have a reliable PC or Laptop with high speed internet access, your network must be fast enough to handle virtual conference services as we use a VOIP app based service which you will need to install on your computer for making calls. You must also have a quality headset for making calls.
