I am a Listing Manager specializing in helping Amazon Sellers increase their sales and visibility by optimizing the listing, such as product titles, bullet points, product descriptions, listing images, A+ content, Brand Stories, and Amazon storefront content. I am also a Customer Service Representative who offers a good customer service experience by researching and resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively. I can also do video edits and light Photoshop edits. I manage each listing's Catalog and do flat file uploads if needed. The tools I use for optimizing each listing are Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Datarova, Amazon Seller Central, and Data Dive. For product launches, I use Sellico. I am a fast learner and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
