I have been in the Customer Service Industry for more than 18 years. Mostly are in the Business Process Outsourcing companies in the Philippines, Singapore, and currently in Qatar. As a Customer Service Expert, I can say that I learned that this industry is one of my best work experiences so far. The recent Customer Service job I did was in the Public Transportation industry, Qatar's first-ever Rail company. I used to serve passengers who need to travel by metro. They needed help in purchasing train travel cards, customer inquiries, and complaints. I was awarded several times for the Excellent Customer Service award in the same field. I also worked in Telecom Industry in Singapore where I took calls from customers of Singtel. They inquire about their bills. My job was to clearly explain to them their bills, resolve their billing issues and encourage them to take up post-paid plans according to their usage. same with value-added services that will lower down their monthly bills. I received a lot of Commendations from my customers because of my World-Class Customer Service. During the time that I was in IBM Daksh, I was awarded as one of the top Customer Agents and was given FREE Travel and Cash Incentives. I learned that as a Customer Service Agent, it is my duty to deliver World-Class customer service to all customers that they will never forget because I am the representation of the company. I was able to become an Assistant Team Leader and Trainer in several occasions as one of the pioneers. I am an expert in people management and I can do Microsoft, Google tools, and other tools for productivity. I am also a Social Media Manager and E-Commerce Specialist.
